RIC Energy — IT from scratch

When I joined RIC Energy in March 2023, the company had a handful of Microsoft licences with almost no configuration and no real IT structure in place. In under two years I built the complete environment: Microsoft 365 E5 deployment across four countries (Spain, USA, Italy and Poland), including endpoint management via Intune, identity and SSO with Entra ID, MFA, Purview, Defender and Exchange. The ITSM framework — incidents, requests, changes, SLAs, service catalogue and documentation — also built from scratch. Currently in the process of ISO 27001 certification. Budget: €850,000/year.
