AXA Global Modern Workplace

As Global Product Owner, I defined and coordinated the deployment of a standardised corporate Windows environment across AXA's global OpCo network. The project involved designing the product architecture, coordinating country-by-country onboarding, ensuring compliance with AXA's governance frameworks and legal requirements at international scale, and managing stakeholders up to Global CIO level. The work was carried out through Optimissa as consulting partner, with direct reporting to AXA's Global Office CIO.
