CRM OVBEasy Implementation

The first challenge when I joined OVB was the implementation of the proprietary CRM OVBEasy, developed in Java, Python and HTML with multiple modules. In coordination with the Global Product Owner, we gathered requirements — some already existing on my arrival — and drew up the implementation plan for Spain, which was a pioneer country alongside Austria in adopting this solution. The project covered everything from requirements gathering through the development of Spain-specific modules, UAT, change management, training and production operations. The solution was subsequently rolled out to the rest of the holding's countries, 17 in total.
